Happy Healthy Pregnancy and Birth
In this workshop we will give tips and resources on how to lead a holistic healthy and happy life during pregnancy. We will also explore how you and your baby can have the most positive birth experience. We will end the workshop with prenatal Yoga focusing on relaxation, breathing, and meditations techniques to calm the mind and open the heart.
The moon salutation supports and nourishes the feminine in body, psyche and spirit. This very soothing and grounding practice is formed from nine basic standing poses, including side-bending, forwardbending, lunging, and squatting. The moon salutation is beneficial to all women during ( menstruation, pregnancy, menopause). Prior experience with Hatha Yoga is welcome but not necessary.
